How long can I use one of these workout programs?**
Once you purchase it you can keep it forever! However, you will eventually plateau from using it over and over again. I build them to progress you for 8 weeks and then I advise trying a new one. But you can always go back and use them later!
What are Linear Progression Programs?
Linear Progression is the scientific research proven way of building strength and lean muscle tissue. Usually people go in doing something different all the time when they workout and this makes it difficult to measure anything and progress yourself which is necessary for the body to make an adaptation to get better or make a change. Some people also go in and do the same thing when they go workout, and this may work for a few weeks and then the body will plateau and not make any more changes or get better. All of my programs are designed with linear progression, so you aren’t going to do random workouts all the time and you’re also not doing the same exact thing, so you plateau. They provide a stable foundation that you build and progress each week. They also have built in unloading or deloading weeks. I provide program education with each program to thoroughly help you understand how to progress yourself with my programs, so you are ensured to get great results! Now, eventually if you kept doing my same program over and over for weeks on end, you would plateau so eventually you’ll need to change it up and get a new one. This is why I make them cost effective so you can continually produce great results!
What if I have an injury and can’t do certain exercises on the program?
Any injuries I prefer to do a custom program because there is no way to modify around things without knowing exactly what the injury is and specifics pertaining to that injury. It is best to help build and become better from an injury and not take a chance at causing further injury.
I’m intimidated to go into a gym, what do I do? **
This is very common! And remember every single person in that gym was once a new person as well. People don’t judge you like you think they do, and most are willing to help! Most people are looking at their phones and not paying attention anyway. But you will feel much more comfortable because I provide a lot of information with my programs, so you feel comfortable in knowing exactly what you’re doing. That will build confidence!
What is the difference between the Transphormation Challenge option and the Custom options?
The biggest difference is how much help do you need? If you don’t need quite as much help and have the discipline to use my guidance and education to follow through with the program and not need as much push and input, then the transphormation challenge would be great for you! I have many people get fantastic results in the transphormation challenge, but I like to remain honest that I can only respond to the many many people I have in there, so fast. You do weekly check ins, and I get your assessments back to you within a couple days. I answer any questions inside the app that you have and more than happy to help you along your journey! It is my most cost-effective option. However, if you think you need more custom help then my custom options may be a better route for you. With my custom options, you get my phone number, and I basically annoy you every day Ha-ha! You’re required to send me daily check-ins for food and macros and biweekly weigh ins and pictures. You get a thorough education with multiple Zoom meetings and so much more! I’m basically right there in your back pocket! Make sure you read each option in full, and I would be happy to answer any questions!
How will I know what to eat?**
You will be equipped with so much information, and your relationship with food will forever be changed. You’ll be an expert on food by the time I’m done with you!
What if I need more than 4weeks for the custom nutrition accountability coaching? **
Majority of people are going to need more than 4 weeks to reach their goals. I build it into your program to help you learn to “fly on your own” as you reach that point or you can continue with the accountability coaching for $100 a month until you reach your goal or until you feel like you can “fly on your own”.
How long will it take to receive my custom programming?
Once you fill out all the information and get it back to me, it takes me a few days to get all your custom paperwork together.
What if I travel a lot or have a vacation coming up? Should I wait to start when I get back?**
No! I help people all the time to successfully make it through travel and vacations and still have fun and get results!
What if I have a very busy schedule?
I have worked with many many people with extremely busy/ crazy schedules, and they can still get results! It won’t be an issue!
Do you work with breastfeeding mothers?
I tend to pride myself in helping moms! I’ve been there and done that one a couple times myself! And I’ve helped many many moms at all levels! Us moms have to stick together!
What if I don’t have access to a gym? Can I workout from home and do I need equipment to get a custom workout plan? **
I write at home custom workout plans all the time! And I can write it for any equipment you do have or don’t have or equipment you want to get.
Do I have to take supplements?
Supplements are not a requirement, but you may find instances where they could benefit you depending on your individual scenarios. I educate on different supplements depending what may help you. I provide direct links to the supplements I recommend on my website, and you get free shipping using my links! I’m always available for questions on any of them!
How many times a week will you be checking in with me on the nutrition options? **
In the transphormation challenge, I just do one weekly check-in and answer questions as they come up. My custom accountability options, you have an initial Zoom meeting and then you stay in contact with me daily, bi-weekly assessments, and 30min weekly Zoom call.

What is unloading or deloading?**
This is a fancy way of saying we let your body rebuild and recover for a week. This is one of the pieces to the puzzle most people leave out. If you constantly try to push yourself harder and harder with taxing workouts all the time, you only break the body down further. So, I include these weeks in your program. You simply back off the volume and intensity while still doing your provided workouts. This allows your muscles, neuromuscular system, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, etc. to recover. This will be explained thoroughly with your “How to Read the Program” video guide provided with your purchase.
How do I know how much weight to use when working-out?**
You always want to choose a weight that is challenging but where you are able to maintain proper technique. If you always pick up the same comfortable weight, you’re capable of doing, your body won’t change. I provide proper technique for every exercise in your program.
+ GENERAL FITNESS/ WELLNESS:**
What exercises should I do for my trouble area (ex. Belly fat)?**
I hate the be the barer of bad news, but it is false information that you can do a certain exercise to “tone” that area or spot reduce fat. You can strengthen a certain area or build more muscle but to remove fat takes DIET! If you need help with nutrition, take a look at my nutrition options.
I diet all the time and can’t seem to lose weight or keep it off. What am I doing wrong? **
There can be so many reasons for this! I put custom attention into every program I do with constant checks and adjustments to ensure you get results. I very thoroughly educate you, so you fully understand how to get great results, and you’ll be equipped with information to truly change into having a healthier lifestyle forever. I do NOT simply hand you a sheet of paper to eat from. I educate you on how to eat properly for results. “If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day.
